Maternal Family Health Services Nurse Family Partnership program is
currently recruiting for a full time RN, home visiting experience
preferred. Must be able to work independently and provide thorough
case-management. Must be able to work flexible hours Monday-Friday to
accommodate clients needs. Bilingual in Spanish a plus. Dependable,
