Need Parsons has an exciting opportunity for a Principal Project Manager to lead our Northern California Engineering Groups out of our San Francisco office. This "seller doer" will help grow Parsons presence by leading business development activities, and managing projects and programs. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Caltrans project development process and a track record of managing and delivering projects on the State Highway System. With well staffed offices in San Jose, Walnut Creek and Sacramento the successful candidate will start with a strong team and work with our business development team to continue our growth in the region. Qualifications 15+ years of project management experience with 10+ years of experience in leading large pursuits and directing senior staff in project execution in the Bay Area Counties and the California Central Valley. Must have extensive experience working on road and highway projects 4 year degree in Engineering or related field Must have experience managing and leading staff of over 20 people Professional Engineer registration is required.
