Parsons has the people and power to move the world. Need Parsons is seeking a Program Director to lead our Road Highway practice in the Pacific Northwest. This "seller doer" will help grow Parsons presence by leading business development activities, and managing projects and programs, and managing the office. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of delivering road and highway projects in the region, and some exposure to transit work. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and leading the growth of the Pacific Northwest road and highway business. This new hire will have support from our business development and operations teams to achieve these objectives. Qualifications 20+ years of program/project management and/or line management experience with 10+ years of experience in leading large pursuits and directing senior staff on road highway projects. Line management/operations experience 4-year degree in Engineering or related field Experience in managing a growing operation. Demonstrated capabilities to generate new sales from existing and new clients Professional Engineer registration is required.
