Integrated Road services is an International Mobile Automobile Battery Company contracted by CAA Canadian Automobile Association to provide Battery Delivery and Installation Service throughout the US and Canada. We are also providing service for other motoring organizations in Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. We provide professional, can-do service combined with caring and respect that makes us heroes to stranded motorists when we arrive to rescue them.

Emergency - Road Service Technician

Create value for Club Assist by:
· Effectively attending to CAA member calls
· Conducting battery tests, lock-outs, tire changes, and offer battery replacement service where appropriate
· Increasing member satisfaction
· Managing response times to meet or exceed established standards
· Being passionate about customer service
· Having basic automotive mechanical skills
· Having a good driving record
· Being able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
· Good knowledge of the local GTA Great Toronto Area.
