Roadshow Coordinator recruitment

Responsibilities
The primary role of the Meeting Coordinator will be to manage our premium client outreach within a selected account base. This outreach includes: road shows, analytic/client one-on-ones meetings, roundtables and Investor Advisory Councils (IACs).

Key Responsibilities

This is an expansion of our outreach initiatives and the role will entail liaising with relationship managers, client services, analysts, product strategists and MD's. In addition, the successful candidate will possess the ability to understand clients' requirements and the capability to relay the information to internal constituents.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Building and maintaining a database of senior clients and sector coverage lists
-Developing targeted outreach plans and coordinate road shows throughout the United States
-Scheduling high volume of meetings between investors and analysts
-Sourcing, contacting and driving attendance to programs
-Recording meeting activity into a database and producing post-event analysis and outreach metrics
-Supporting other team members with wider outreach and event work

Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree, Finance, Business or Marketing preferred
-Knowledge of capital markets
-Familiarity with outbound calling campaigns

Other
-20% Travel to events (early morning and late nights occasionally required)
-Lifting up to 20 pounds

Experience
-4 years of work experience
-Excellent planning, organizational, implementation and follow-up skills required
-Experience at liaising with people at different levels and departments
-Well developed verbal and written communication and IT skills; proficiency in MS Word and Excel required and familiarity with MS Access or databases
-Ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels
-Strong attention to detail; highly organized and efficient
-Ability to work to tight deadlines, using own initiative and without close supervision
