Roadshow Manager
Degree qualified with a minimum 4 years of roadshow/corporate access experience gained from well-recognized investment banks or specialized financial event agencies, you will develop effective marketing process and operation procedures for the team and ensured that they are followed closely. Besides supporting all roadshow logistics in North Asia from planning to execution, you will cover your team members in other regions during their absence.
A detailed mind and superior project management/co-ordination skills are necessary for this role as you will perform a range of tasks from scheduling, venue booking set up, flights accommodations reservation, premium sourcing to budgeting, cost comparing, vendor negotiating and invoice processing. At times you will be required to provide onsite support to ensure smooth delivery of events.
A “can-do” attitude is essential for this role as you will be required to work over-time and in the weekends during peak seasons. We invite candidates who possess excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin communications skills; well-presented with demonstrate business acumen; adapted to working within a fast-paced and dynamic environment; exceptional in time management and able to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders of the firm.
