Key responsibilities include:

-Research prospective clients and identify new opportunities through extensive cold calling

-Build lasting relationships with clients through personal meetings and phone calls

-Develop market expertise through canvassing and tracking local hiring activity

-Achieve quarterly and annual new business sales goals

Requirements:

-Mental toughness and a persuasive personality coupled with a fierce determination to succeed

-1-4 years of professional experience, preferably within sales and/or consulting

-Recent college graduates will be considered on a case by case basis

-Proven leadership experience

-Proven track record of establishing/developing new client relationships preferred

-Ability to solve problems and think critically

-Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills

-Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
