Kratos-DES is hiring for a ROC/POE Analyst to work in the Pentagon. The ROC/POE Analyst will compile, maintain, and incorporate ship class/unit capability and environment data and/or change data into a ROC/POE instruction as well as monitor and track progress throughout review process. Maintain ROC/POE database. Liaison with Fleet, NAVMAC, SYSCOMs and program offices to identify and resolve issues that arise during review. ROC/POE briefing materials for Flag level presentations. Attend quarterly ROC/POE Working Group. Maintain archives of all existing ROC/POE instructions drafts and supporting documentation. Also perform duties as section admin assistant. No relocation assistance is provided with this position.
Experience and Skills:
* Currently active SECRET level security clearance or the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance is required; Currently active SECRET clearance is preferred
* High School Diploma is required
* 4+ years of active duty Navy experience (SWO, Chief, Master Chief or Yeomen) is required
* 4+ years of working knowledge of Department of the Navy, Navy Correspondence, Directive issuance, shipboard organization and Microsoft Office Suite is required
* ROC/POE experience is strongly preferred
