Rollover Education Team Leader recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in the monitoring and development phases of the team's effectiveness.
- Lead the in-bound/out-bound phone-based team focused on retaining JH 401(k) assets in IRAs.
- Educate 401(k) participants on qualified plan distribution options.
- Perform call monitoring tasks and provide feedback to associates.
- Provide individual team members with coaching and feedback.
- Classroom and on-the-job training to associates.
- Maintain department policies and procedures documentation.
- Participate with implementation of workflow and system enhancements.
- Provide guidance and assist team members with complex and escalated cases.
- Monitor Call Management System (CMS) to ensure department objectives are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
- 4-8 years financial services industry experience, preferably within a call center environment.
- Series 6 63 required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team while adapting to business needs.
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus.
- Ability to motivate, coach and lead a team.
