This not-for-profit, member based association strives to support people with spinal cord injuries to achieve their choices in life. The organisation prides themselves on having provided vital care, support and clinical services to people with spinal cord injuries, their carers and families for more than 40 years.

An exciting new opportunity has presented itself to join a rewarding organisation as a Rostering Clerk supporting a specialised Care Program. Joining their head office in the Inner Western Suburbs, they are looking to appoint an appropriate candidate on a permanent full time basis.

The duties will consist of, but are not limited to the effective management and coordination of rosters using the Carelink software, reviewing schedules and validate hours worked, liaise with recruitment agencies when staff are needed and monitoring the effective use of the recruitment budget, support senior members of the time within their regions of operation, ensure all staff are allocated compulsory training days, roster and facilitate leave requirements whilst undertaking all Ad-Hoc duties associated.

The successful candidate will have experience in a Rostering position, preferably using CareLink or other complex rostering softwares and have an understanding of issues associated with physical disability and the disability standards.
