Rotational Development Program Leader
The Corporate Rotational Development Program Leader positionis a highly visible role supporting the MBA Finance Rotation Program across multiple business units for McKesson Corporation. The program's mission is to attract, develop and retain future finance leaders who will bring enterprise-wide experience to their post-program roles. This position is accountable for managing and facilitating the FRD program, as well as supporting other enterprise wide rotation program activities. Successful incumbent will be able to interact with finance executives and program associates to build trust, define and execute best practices, leverage resources, mobilize multi-departmental teams, and partner with university relations in recruitment efforts to drive the program's continued success and growth. PositionDescription Specific Job Duties: Oversee overall program design, with input from Steering Committee and host managers Work with HRBP and other Corporate functional leaders in addition to Finance to expand the rotational program over the next several years Provide program design updates as needed (withinput from Steering Committee, participants, host managers, etc.) including international rotations Establish an Executive Steering Committee and lead the agenda Develop and implement on-boarding and orientation of participants and host managers as well as bi-yearly learning trips Provide overview and support to host managers Partner with Program executive sponsor to recent graduating class at SFLG TRP Prepare participants for end of rotation presentations Assessment process facilitation - performance reviews, 360 other assessment debriefs Participate in the selection process and facilitate debrief sessions (for both intern and program hires) Provide program support to associates, including logistics for rotations as well as coaching/counseling and community building amongst the program classes and alumni Manage/oversee program budget of $490,000 annually
