Safety-Kleen Canada is seeking a Route Sales and Service Driver.
Responsibilities:
- Complete daily scheduled services as assigned.
- Properly execute all required documentation and labeling.
- Generate / collect leads from customers utilizing Customer Hand-Off Tool.
- Selling additional products and services into existing accounts.
- Actively prospecting for new accounts in assigned route.
- Primary account ownership of smaller accounts in defined route (C2, C3, D2 and D3).
- Ensure customer satisfaction at time of service.
- All communications requiring follow-up go to the CSM or BGM utilizing Customer Hand-Off Tool.
- Customer service check list used to communicate value to the customer at each scheduled stop.
- Follow all local, state (provincial) and federal compliance regulations and rules.
- Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state (provincial) and federal requirements.
- Safely observe all corporate operating guidelines and procedures (BOGs/SOPs).
- Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 – 5 years experience in direct business to business sales
- 2 - 3 years of route based sales/service experience would be beneficial
- Ability to obtain and retain a Class 5 License with Air Break
- Demonstrate a commitment to environmental compliance and safe work practices
