About the Opportunity

The responsibility of the Route Specialist is to coordinate efforts between the Route Representatives and the Service Manager and to build and maintain excellent relationships among new and existing clients.

 

Responsibilities

·         “Goodwill” customer visits

·         Account check-ups

·         Customer inventory

·         Account performance reviews

·         Route relief to cover Route Representative vacations

·         New account setups

·         Special deliveries to customers

·         Account maintenance

·         Work closely with all Route Representatives and the Service Manager

·         Up-selling current accounts

·         Lead generation

 

 

Requirements

·         College degree required

·         Excellent verbal communication skills

·         Account management experience

·         Minimal delivery or route experience

·         Must be computer literate

·         Minimum of 2 yrs experience with account management and ensuring customer satisfaction
