A little bit about the Role:
We are looking for a strong passionate person with surf and snow retail experience in a surf store, to join the management team of one of the world’s most recognized surf brands. Based in Torquay, you will lead a passionate and talented team at the Roxy store as the Store Manager with responsibility to achieve store KPI's in line with operational budgets. With this opportunity comes additional training with a focus on career progression within the business.

Candidates with Cert III, IV or Diploma of Retail would be highly regarded.
Your day to day activities will be to:
- Manage store in line with operational budgets
- Provide customer focused service
- Lead by example and be sales orientated and contribute to store sales targets
- Manage stock rotation and inventory
- Perform administrative tasks including status reporting, budgets,
- Rosters and performance management
- Implementing VM directives
- Hardware sales.

To be successful in this exciting, yet demanding position, you will have a demonstrable ability to achieve KPI’s and store budgets and have previous experience working for a surf or snow brand in at least a 2IC capacity.

- Sound knowledge of hardware.
- Naturally lead by example and mentor staff
- Understanding of inventory management
- Organisational planning
- Passion for surf culture.
