RPO – Branch Manager (Sales)

My client is a market leading provider of high calibre permanent and contract staff across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. With offices in Dubai, Qatar, India, Poland and the UK. They are looking for a branch manager heading up a team of four in one of their industrial offices.

The branch manager's main responsibility will be to sell my client's onsite services and increase their accounts and new business in the region. They will also take responsibility for the development and delivery on new business from the 4 account managers/delivery consultants working under them.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience either working as an agency recruiter/manager who is heavily new business focussed, or as a B2B sales manager selling engineering/manufacturing solutions.

You will have extensive experience building rapport with decision makers in a range of industrial businesses, and pitching to these clients.

Salary ranges from 28-40K with a small bonus structure depending on experience.
