The primary objectives of the Advisor Market Client Advisor are to: 1. Develop and maintain long-term satisfied advisor and JP Morgan client relationships 2. Act as a strategic and tactical partner for advisor contacts 3. Recognize and develop advisor client relationship opportunities to cross selling JPMorgan asset management, implementing additional services, and improve revenues and profitability for each client relationship. Responsibilities Include: Maintain high levels of advisor and client satisfaction. Effectively work with advisors to assess roles and responsibilities relative to client relationships including business planning, investment review process and communications strategies; ultimately, informing and ensuring service team adherence to this protocol on an ongoing basis. Assess client risk and reference status on an ongoing basis; establish strategies with the advisor and account team to maintain or return advisor/clients to positive status. Enhance business relationships - as appropriate and in conjunction with the advisor - wider (across function) and higher (to decision maker levels, C-suite) through client organizations. Protect and grow revenue from assigned plans. Lead account team to improve overall alignment and profitability of each client relationship. Work with advisors to development and execution both strategic and tactical business plans addressing clients objectives in plan design, funding and investments, administration, communications, and overall fiduciary issues. · Ensure contracts are current, including proactively re-negotiating fee agreements as they come due; assess opportunities to reasonably charge out of scope fees. · Report on activity metrics monthly in the client management reporting system, and ensure accuracy of activity and pipeline information shared with management. Participate in finals presentations and site visits by building rapport with prospective clients and their advisors; manage client and advisor expectations beginning in the sales process and continuing throughout the relationship Pursue continuing education in the employee benefits and investment management fields.
