Kelly Services is Seeking a Franchise Support Advisor for a global Oil/Gas Company in Warrenville, Illinois. Role synopsis The Franchise Support Advisors are responsible for supporting the day to day activities/requests from our field representatives who work with our franchise and dealer sites. Integral to the heart of the Franchise offer, they prepare franchise agreements, renewals, defaults, mass communications and dealer assignment packages; assure timeframes are met, and complete the process by setting up and monitoring contracts in SAP RE, and other ARCO legacy systems. Key accountabilities - Prepare new site offering agreements as requested by the Fuels and ampm, NRC. Execute properly and within legal standards - Assist with mass communications to sites - Ensure renewals of expiring agreements are prepared accordingly. - Handle activities on the day of a changeover for new site opening, facility closure, assignments, re-deals, which may include collection of fees, deposits, bank change, Paypoint update, update applicable business systems, notification to appropriate personnel and vendors - Set up, activate and monitor contracts in SAP RE -Prepare notifications (Notice of Default) to non compliant franchisees who are in breach of the terms and conditions of the PMPA Franchise Agreements - Works as a team with the Assignment Analysts and Legal Coordinator to ensure optimal field support and provides backup to other RSM territories as needed - Completes special projects as required - Utilize Siebel to create and track service request - Monitor Base Lease report to make certain that proper notification is sent out with the correct time frame - Support Franchise Consultants in the areas of the offering circular requirements, renewals and various processes as necessary Essential Education - High School diploma or GED. Essential experience and job requirements - Demonstrate problem solving, multi-tasking aptitude and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. - Familiarity of franchise/dealer operations, policies and procedures. - Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office) and ability to navigate and use business systems software (SAP-RE, MOSS, QMF Siebel). - Strong analytical skills. - Extensive knowledge of terms of franchise contracts, applicable state and federal laws, and credit and legal policies.
