RTA Fraud Litigation Paralegal/Fee Earner: This exceptional insurance litigation firm is urgently looking to secure the services of a strong RTA Fraud Litigation Paralegal/Fee Earner to join the Midlands based private practice. If you are currently working as an RTA Fraud Litigation Paralegal/Fee Earner or RTA Claimant Paralegal/Fee Earner and you have the aptitude to handle a large caseload through to completion, this could be the role for you.
COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Birmingham, Leicester, Coventry, Solihull, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Wolverhampton.
RTA Fraud Litigation Paralegal/Fee Earner Key Responsibilities:
- Run a caseload of pre and post litigated cases on behalf of a cross section of insurance clients
- Initially handle a caseload largely consisting of motor related claims, with opportunities to handle other types of suspected fraudulent claims as you progress
- Detailed review and analysis of evidence throughout the life of the case
- Initial and periodic reporting to the client together with regular updates
- Legal research
- Drafting defences
RTA Fraud Litigation Paralegal/Fee Earner Qualifications and Experience:
- RTA experience
- Fraud experience would be nice but NOT essential
- Claimant or Defendant background
- Experience of handling a caseload from initial instruction through to completion
- Paralegal, ILEX/FILEX or Solicitor
