Our ideal candidate will have additional experience working with JavaScript and Flash/Flex. Responsibilities:
* Provide technical leadership and great coding and assist in the design and architecture
* Design, implement and maintain software
* Collaborate closely with your team

Requirements:
* 3+ years experience working with Ruby
* Ability to learn new technology and adapt in a fast paced environment
* Knowledge of Rails hosting servers like Heroku
* Previous experience working with MySQL databases; JavaScript. Flash/flex
