Ruby On Rails Developer

What you'll do:
- Code in Rails
- Seek out ways to continuously improve software
- Test Driven Development, Pair Programming
- Collaborate on all stages of software development from design to implementation
You will bring:
- 3-5 years of professional experience
- A true, demonstrable passion for coding, both in and out of the office
- A team oriented work demeanor and a desire for both teaching and learning
- The desire and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Knowledge of design patterns and refactoring
- Strong understanding and experience working with Ruby on Rails
