Ruby on Rails Engineer - RoR - Startup Disrupting Mobile Commerce - Software Engineer

Are you RockStar Developer that is in the top percentile? Are you a New Grad with a Computer Science Degree that is coming out of a Top 10 Engineering University that has done personal projects? What you need for this position:

- Computer Science degree; Ideally from a Top 10 University or have worked for a Top Company (We strongly consider New Grads from Top 10 Universities)
- Must have a strong engineering foundation with great core skills; and the desire to learn more
- Strong Ruby on Rails development experience; For new grads, personal projects or school related projects will be looked at
- Minimum of 2 years working on products; experience working on products that have been shipped are ideal
- Experience in Mobile Applications development is a plus
- Experience with work checking-in code, fixing bugs, and optimizing a scalable system
- Ability to work in an Agile environment

What you'll be doing:

- Own a variety of mission-critical and data-intensive problems.
- Contributing to new projects, ad hoc work, and whatever is needed
- Responsible for product recommendations: help people discover what products their friends and family will love
- Create algorithms to improve the quality of our services
- Translate business needs into well-defined and scoped functionality
