RUFUS/GTA Analyst / Transfer Agency BA recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
• Active participation in Agile scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, showcase and retrospectives.
• Participation in the Accelerated Business Cases process for TA projects
• Management of the Product Backlog including Epics, User Stories and Technical Tasks
• Proactive selection of work from the sprint backlog, driving this through to ‘done’.
• Creation of Agile style documentation such as system specifications, user stories and operational procedures
• Leading of cross functional team workshops and group discussions on end to end TA functions including both operational and technical perspectives
• Working alongside business analysts, developers, operational subject matter experts and vendors to gather user stories and test requirements.
• Design, managment and execution of testing scenarios, ensuring all the user stories are tested
• Experience with RUFUS/GTA, GFAS
• Active participate in Scrum retrospectives providing regular feedback for individuals and the team in order to deliver continuous improvement.
