Russia – Leading Private Equity Fund is looking for Vice President recruitment
Key Responsibilities
• Overall responsibility for day-to-day execution and implementation of transactions assigned by senior deal team members
• Implements and enforces transaction process management – assumes full responsibility for valuation and due diligence analyses performed by junior deal team members
• Structures, coordinates and executes all due diligence work streams
• Responsible for financial and operating modeling and valuation performed by junior team members
• Responsible for preparation of all marketing materials and assembling (or drafting where appropriate) of all transaction documentation
Experience
• Must have relevant work experience, comprised of a minimum of the following:
o 6-9 years of work experience in investment banking or private equity
o Of which, at least 3 years work experience in the private equity/investment management setting
