The Senior Training Analyst is responsible for providing training support for Client Benefits and should have demonstrated expertise in classroom and blended learning solutions. They must deliver high quality learning and performance in efficient and effective ways using a variety of training methods. The Senior Analyst will have an understanding of the pulse of the training industry and related trends, techniques and measures. Must have the ability to manage through several project timelines, deliverables and initiatives as well as provide successful classroom management. Must be proficient in oral and written communication skills.
