A unique opportunity has opened up as a Senior Manager in Products Services within an Investment Bank based in The City. In this role you will be working closely with product, marketing, sales and services across the business ensuring that the business creates and embeds a range of product and services which enable delivery of a competitive proposition for the Affluent and HNW client segment.
Responsibilities include
Work with the business to ensure the needs of the customers are understood and help define product, pricing, service proposition across client segment.
Liaise with Product Management develop new/ enhancement products and services for the target client segments, ensuring the business isUK's leading financial services brand
Work closely with Head of Affluent HNW to ensure new products and services are being developed and implemented correctly
Brief the key business partners on the product segments requirements agreeing appropriate distribution channels for the customer service propositions
Identify KPI's for the different segments and work with Insight and Finance to put in measurement systems.
Help drive the introduction of changes to systems, processes and working practices in order to achieve operational improvement
Develop and maintain relationships in order to obtain/ exchange information
Candidates need to be experienced in developing clients and have worked in a Wealth and Investment Management environment previously therefore understanding a full range of products and services targeted at Affluent and HNW clients. Candidates needs to have strong commercial and strategic skill set with an ability to understand different client sets and trade off between standardization and personalization.
