Our PLUS 360 solution is a powerful and more efficient approach to K-12 technology: A single integrated suite of products for student information, assessment and curriculum management, special education, and financial and human resources.

Our mission is to support school districts in improving student achievement by using technology to enhance the educational process.
• Installation and support of all SunGard applications including eSchoolPLUS, eFinancePLUS, IEPPLUS, BusinessPLUS, as well as third party reporting tools COGNOS and SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Solid understanding of any of the above applications is a strong plus. We are particularly interested in eSchoolPLUS application installation/setup/update experience.
• Complete periodic application software updates and customer version upgrades
• Perform daily system administration to verify that all systems are up and running
• Troubleshoots problems with user accounts, printers, and application access
• Sets up new print queues for eFinancePLUS/CommunityPLUS
• Sets up new customers on the ASP system
• Maintains Informix/SQL Server/Oracle Databases
• Assists engineer with operating system and third party software installations as needed
• Ability and willingness to perform hours work will be a requirement for this position for installing application updates
• Strong desire to stay current on applications and underlying technologies
• Exhibit energetic, positive outlook as a SunGard Pentamation Ambassador
• Contribute to building a positive team spirit
• Understand and comply with SunGard Pentamation Standards and Policies
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their questions and/or issues and achieve a resolution
• Attend scheduled SunGard K-12 Education internal training
• Meet acceptable productivity standards
• Respond in a timely manner to all communication (including voice mail and e-mail)
• Attend team and corporate meetings
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two or Four year degree or equivalent professional experience
