Saelsforce Trainer Role Job in London, London Uk
This is a Salesforce Trainer Senior Role, responsible for the training Globally to my clients who have rolled out Salesforce.
You will need required/experience in;
1. Global training delivery experience (500+ users) - Cross geography/Cross Business Unit
2. Training strategy training plan development - Structuring a training plan, defining content based on business need (and aligning to system functionality)
3. Business stakeholder management change management
4. Train the trainer End user training delivery
5. Training curriculum design development
6. Alignment of Business process knowledge to training content
7. Experience in designing and delivering training to 20 - 100 users simultaneously.
8. Salesforce.com experience
9. Excellent business analysis skills
There is a very high degree of emphasis on translating functional business process knowledge into Training content vs. typical Point Click training assistance.
