We are currently looking for a Safety and Loss Prevention Manager to join the NY Corporate office. The manager will provide support to the Director of Safety and Loss Prevention with various initiatives and programs for Ferragamo USA.
Essential Functions:
· Analysis and administration (register policies, credit card/register balancing, discounts, inventory shrink results, etc.)
· Coordinate background checks for applicants
· Manage guard schedules for all locations
· Coordination of safety programs
· Assist with physical inventory process as needed
· Implement and administer department initiatives such as cycle counts, high shrink store monitoring, access control, etc.)
Requirements:
· 2 years of Security/Loss Prevention background (preferably in a fashion/multi-store environment)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
· Excellent Communication skills (both written and verbal)
· Must be detail oriented, articulate, organized, and professional
· Bachelor’s Degree in related field and fashion experience a plus!
