Safety and Training Professional Wanted
In order to be considered for this role you will:
• Have a minimum of Certificate IV Occupational Health Safety and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• At least 3 years experience working in a safety role.
• Require excellent communication skills.
• Have the ability to interpret safety legistration.
Mining /Civil Construction experience is desirable.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Ensure integrity of training programs and compliance to best practise.
• Facilitate OHS monitoring programs including audits, proactive safety programs and task workplace inspections.
• Actively assist in the Return to Work programs.
• Coaches site personnel to ensure they are aware of their responsibilities and to improve their capabilities.
