Busy firm of Accountancy Consultants is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper. This is a hands-on role which will require you to take daily responsibility for client liaison and completion of working deadlines. Based in the office near St Albans, you will be pulling together the range of client records and information in order to complete books to trial balance stage. This job role will include processing invoices, reconciling bank accounts and submitting VAT returns. Your knowledge and experience will enable you to ensure accuracy and correct treatment of accounting entries.Previous work experience within a practice of accountants is preferable and knowledge of Sage and/ or Quickbooks software packages would be beneficial. Lovely working environment with Free on site car parking.
