Established in 1998, our client specialises in the provision of Sage Accounting solutions and bespoke applications for their clients. They are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic Sage Technical Support Consultant to join their support team.
If you’ve got a background supporting both Sage 200 and Sage CRM, our client is in need of your talent. Joining a small, ambitious and growing company, you’ll benefit from excellent career progression prospects.
As a Sage Technical Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing first class Sage 200 and Sage CRM email, telephone and remote support. Although office based, occasional on-site implementation work across Ireland will be required.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Experience of supporting Sage products, including Sage 200 and Sage CRM
- A strong technical background, including knowledge of servers, workstations and networks
Additionally, as a Sage Technical Support Consultant, you must have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly learn new processes and software. A proactive and motivated approach and excellent communication skills are also key.
Although not essential, a Sage 200 or Sage CRM accreditation would be beneficial to your application. Good MS SQL Server skills would also be advantageous.
