Sale Support Analyst - Temporary P/T Position
Department: Marketing Sales Services
Reports to: Manager, Marketing Sales Services
Schedule: 10:00am - 3:00am, Monday-Friday
Anticipated Duration: Until approximately May 1, 2012
- Process scanning requests
- Create budget files for marketing and the sales force restatements regarding proper cost center assignments
- Process journal entries
- Process account set-up request and create analysis reports for monthly and quarterly compensation payments based on entire sales force payments
- Run Oracle queries
- Maintain spreadsheets
- Some data entry
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be proficient in MS Office 2010 and have exceptional excel skills
