BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
An overview of the role
- Grow revenue of Temporary Staffing and Executive Search divisions by strategically positioning our services at all decision-making levels within targeted accounts
- Establish and maintain relationships with C-level decision makers middle management in Accounting, Finance and Human Resources across all industries
- Secure new accounts in an assigned sales territory
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision makers to understand staffing needs and recommend temporary permanent staffing solutions
- Effectively follow-up with prospects to develop business through phone contact, email, and meetings
- Work with staffing/recruiting team to ensure superior staffing service to clients

Your overall compensation plan will include a competitive base salary, commission plan bonus opportunity.
