Altegris is in a very exciting phase of growth and is searching for a talented and motivated Sales Account Executive to be an integral member of our sales team for the direct channel. Responsibilities:
- Providing strong sales support to an SVP and the sales team to maximize high-net-worth client sales and productivity, including:
- Handling customer relations issues and assisting in the retention and acquisition of assets under management
- Prioritizing client and prospect contacts to maximize sales efforts
- Tracking sales activities
- Planning and implementing follow-up actions with clients and prospects
- Drafting sales reports from GoldMine
- Working collaboratively with multiple departments to execute sales tasks and business-development ventures

- Strong ability to take initiative and work both independently and collaboratively with others
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- High integrity and honesty
- Strong computer skills
- Excel and Word proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred:
- Securities licenses - Series 3, 7 and 66
- CAIA designation or candidate
- Financial services or alternative investments (hedge funds) experience
- CRM software experience
