About the Opportunity
The Direct to Consumer Account Executive role is a sales position responsible for business development and revenue generation within specific existing accounts that they are assigned in the Direct to Consumer vertical. This includes account strategy, account penetration, relationship development and achievement of revenue goals across transactional, survey, and compiled products for medium to large clientâs direct mail, email, and online display needs.
Responsibilities
- Revenue generation to achieve assigned revenue goals.
- Reviews account penetration and relationship development with manager.
- Accurate and timely forecasting in the system.
- Provides leadership on the account and in the program execution process.
- Manages day-to-day dialogue with client contacts.
- Serves as internal liaison to other functional groups.
- Travels as appropriate to client size (maybe up to 50%).
- Provides follow-up to all meetings within 48 hours.
- Works directly with manager to develop tactics per client that will meet annual objectives.
- Increase sales revenue across Epsilon Targeting data products
- Increase Epsilon Market Share on assigned book of clients

Primary liaison between Epsilon Targeting and client organization for existing clients.Â

- Order Management System
- CRM â Client contact and communication system
- Forecasting system
- Invoicing System
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or university equivalent in Marketing, Sales or business with 2-5 years experience in client facing sales role and/or direct marketing in a multi-channel environment
- Strong communication skills including collaborating, negotiating, persuading, public speaking, and listeningÂ
- Experience in applying analytic solutions to maximize return. Must be analytical and have critical thinking skills.
- Technical proficiency in applying Epsilon solutions
- Ability to leverage internal resources and tools appropriately
- Ability to juggle conflicting client and internal priorities in a deadline oriented, technical selling environment.
- Excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to multi-task, organized

- Client Services to develop client presentations and proposals (ICOM) and to ensure quality program execution and deliverables are met.
- Corporate Marketing to develop strong lead generation initiatives and consistency in messaging.
- Consumer Acquisition (ICOM) to gain understanding and alignment on data strategy and ensure that all privacy standards are met and questions are developed to deliver the best results.
- Stats/Analytics to develop the right analytics and research to meet client requirements and expectations.
- Product Sales to develop client presentations and research.
- IT to ensure data integrity.
Quota carrying â $1.5 - $3 million
