The Release of Information process can be time-consuming, paper-intensive, and highly HIPAA regulated. We simplify the release of personal health information by making the management and tracking of medical record requests automated, secure, cost-effective and electronic. Our professional Site Coordinators provide our clients, including healthcare practitioners, patients and third-party requesters, with improved efficiencies, enhanced confidentiality, and unsurpassed HIPAA compliance.
In addition, we also provide secure online backup, media vaulting, document storage, imaging, and document shredding services to the smallest and largest business, legal, medical, accounting, financial, and real estate organizations. We help our clients manage their documents efficiently, in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, at an affordable cost.
We are currently looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our growing sales organization in the New York City Northern New Jersey marketing territories. This position will report directly to the Eastern Regional Vice President of Sales and will prospect, contact and visit potential customers to primarily sell Release of Information services and cross sell records information management services, such as records storage, certified document destruction to obtain maximum sales and potential volume from all markets in assigned territory.
Duties will include:
· Plan, develop, and execute sales strategy and tailor it to potential clients
· Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products, services, features, benefits and applications
· Set up appointments and make sales presentations to establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
· Prepare and present proposals and service agreements for and to the qualified customers and the subsequent negotiation required to successfully close deals
· Maintain requirements to meet sales metrics (contacts, bids, proposals, etc.)
· Utilize contact management software to track leads and target market segments. Ensure system is updated for accurate national database
· Participate in local marketing activities including trade shows and direct marketing programs to promote company services and identity
· Other duties required are: frequent travel within the territory and occasionally outside; daily activity and expense reporting; and data entry of account and deal information
Desired Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- 4-year degree in Business Management or related field
Work Experience:
- 3 - 5 years in professional outside sales, preferably in the B2B service
- Demonstrated performance in meeting sales goals
Knowledge/Skill:
· Must have strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making ability
· Self-starter with the ability to manage time
· Ability to multi-task and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
· Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Salary:
$45,000.00 base plus commissions earned.
