TMD Holdings, LLC is a licensing company based in Pittsburgh, PA and Shanghai, China that designs, manufacturers and distributes licensed and custom designed goods. Our products are available in national retail chains as well as being distributed internationally in Europe, Asia, and Australia. With licenses such as Elvis Presley, Marvel, Ed Hardy, Marilyn Monroe, Betty Boop, as well as our own in house lines such as Minx, Inspiration, we manufacture goods such as barware, clocks, lighting elements, home furnishings, accessories and much more. We are actively recruiting a Sales Account Manager

Sales Account Manager are accountable to prospect new business within assigned vertical markets by identifying, developing and winning customer-focused solutions. You will also be assigned existing customer bases that you will need to manage, engage, expand, and ensure continued service. In this role, you will develop and implement strategic account plans that result in demonstrated revenue growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. Your success in acquiring, managing and growing your account base will be rewarded with a strong salary base plus a commission based compensation package.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven Sales Executive with experience selling products, concepts and services to a wide range of industrial and commercial companies

- Manage, support and educate rep groups calling on TMD Holdings’ customers in specific geographic territories

- Work with various levels of buyers for regional retailers, gift channel retailers, catalog houses, and ecommerce sites to establish relationships that drive sales

- Clear, concise and compelling written/verbal communication skills, solid business sense and strong presentation skills

- Must be current and fluent in sales trends, distribution and state of the retail business and pricing

- Effectively communicate internally and externally through creative and impactful buyer presentations, monthly sales calls and goal updates, professional and succinct retail memos and distributor correspondence, monthly performance recap meetings, and comfortable speaking one’s mind

- Establish new customer relationships to increase the amount of business the company does overall as well as maintain these new customer relationship to increase the flow of business the company does with these customers

- Strong planning and organizational skills

- Effectively represent TMD at tradeshows and industry events with approximately 10% travel

- Experience selling into Gift Channels a plus

- Experience selling into Major Retail/Distribution channel a plus (JCPenny, Walmart, Lowes, Target, Bed Bath, Kohl, etc.)

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
