Our client is an independent UK supplier of optoelectronic products for cutting-edge research and industry. They are the exclusive distributor for over 30 internationally renowned suppliers of world leading laser systems and optical components. An opportunity has now arisen for a Sales Administrator / Office Manager to join their team.
If you have strong Sage Line 50 skills, experience of working with multiple currencies and a technical background, this is a great opportunity to progress your career with a world class company.
In this hands-on role, as a Sales Administrator / Office Manager, you will take control of order entry, purchasing, invoicing and international shipping. With your ability to drive sales through customer service, strong interpersonal skills and a 'can-do' attitude, you will deliver positive results.
You'll also be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the company's office.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Good Sage Line 50 skills
- Experience of working within a multi-currency environment
- Previous experience of working within SME companies
- A technical background in one of the following: testing, aerospace, manufacturing, electrical, laboratory or general engineering
As a Sales Administrator / Office Manager, you must be organised, proactive and have plenty of enthusiasm. Strong communication skills are also essential.
Our client offers this role on a part time or full time basis.
