Purpose Of Role:

The role holder is a developing sales professional at trainee level. Successful applicants will form an essential Team who will become the day to day focal point of communication between the Customer, BT iNet and the BT Channel Sales Teams, in support of lead generation, quotation provision, lead follow up and management and order intake.
 
The role will involve the upkeep of detailed records on both Excel Workbooks and CRM, and will involve some financial reporting out of Business Objects and the BT iNet Data Warehouse. Strong organisational ability, effective prioritisation of workloads and a strong Customer Service ethos are critical.
 
A large element of the role will involve the liaison between external resources and internal colleagues in Sales, Customer Services and Purchasing at BT iNet. An ability to forge and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally is fundamental, as is a detailed understanding of the BT iNet Sales Structure and the markets in which each team operate.
 
Key Skills and Experience Requirements

A keen interest in technology is key and a desire to exhibit accuracy and efficiency in every output is imperative. You must possess an ability to uphold a high level of written and verbal communication skills in order to work effectively with other departments, internally and externally.
