Virgin Media are on the lookout for some fresh faces in their Virgin Media Retail Support team and we want to hear from you.
At Virgin Media, we’re all about people and we’ve filled our Retail Support team with some of the very best. We’re looking for Temporary Sales Administrators to join their existing team.
As one of their Sales Administrators you’ll join the Retail Sales Support team, supporting our front-line store staff and back office teams processing sales orders. You’ll work alongside our Retail Specialists and help them complete the sales at our busiest time.
Depending on how busy they are, there will be lots of opportunities to pitch in and get stuck into a variety of tasks in store in order to expand on your experience. But don’t worry, Virgin Media will be there to show you exactly how it’s done!
The ideal candidate will has previous experience working within a contact centre environment as well as experience of data entry. You will need to be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, whilst focusing on targets and ensuring 100% accuracy in your work.
