Position Description:
Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is presently seeking a Sales Administrator for the Order Processor Center.
NOTE: HOURS 11:30AM TO 8:00PM
This individual must have solid customer service experience and possess excellent communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for editing, processing and tracking of sales orders for assigned branches.
Act as liaison between Sales Team/logistics dept and various internal departments in Windsor
Heavy communication (email/telephone) with sales representatives located throughout the country.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of Word and Excel
SAP knowledge helpful
Customer service experience
Strong attention to detail
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
