Position Description:

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is presently seeking a Sales Administrator for the Order Processor Center.

NOTE: HOURS 11:30AM TO 8:00PM
This individual must have solid customer service experience and possess excellent communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for editing, processing and tracking of sales orders for assigned branches.
  • Act as liaison between Sales Team/logistics dept and various internal departments in Windsor
  • Heavy communication (email/telephone) with sales representatives located throughout the country.

    Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of Word and Excel
  • SAP knowledge helpful
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
