- MOOREBANK LOCATION
- Receive and collate sales enquiries from customers and internal sales divisions
- Draw up and track vital reports based on sales enquiries in Excel
- Provide weekly reports to managers on the status of sales enquiries
- Support a 2 x Managers and a team of 4 with all round coordination
- General administration duties, filing, sales coordination, report writing and customer service
- Circa 2-5 years Sales Administration, Project Coordination or Administration experience
- Demonstrated experience gained from within the Technical, Engineering or Production industry sectors
- Advanced MS Office, in particular Excel for reporting
- Knowledge of SAP highly desirable
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Live locally to Moorebank
