A global manufacturing /warehousing company is seeking a talented individual to join their team. Based in Alexandria the role is a temporary to permanent opportunity to work for a leading supplier in its field.

 

Some of the duties and responsibilities associated with the role include;

 

- Raising Purchase order numbers

- Preparing any price quotations

- Arranging deliveries to warehouses and/or customers

- Looking after any paper work associated to deliveries

- Answering calls and passing on customer enquiries

- Other office related administrative duties

 

 

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Excellent Microsoft office skills

- 2 Years experience in a similar administrative role

- Have great communication and written skills

- SAP knowledge would be ideal
