A global solutions company in the North Shore are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to provide clerical and administrative support to the sales team.

To be successful in this role you will need to set up and administer sales activity in the CRM system. consolidate the Channels sales forecasts and related reports, communicate with Channel customers in relation to account issues and resolving conflicts and maintain price list and distribution to appropriate parties.

Other key responsibilities include acting as a liaison between Channel partners and appropriate company departments and resolve any questions and issues. You will be required to follow defined processes, polices and procedures and manage the Channel Managers diary and travel arrangements when needed and take responsibility for arranging the company’s welcome packs, arranging meetings, events, conferences and catering requirements.

If you come from a strong administration background with experience in a similar role, enjoy problem solving, have CRM system and order entry experience, have analytical skills, good customer service skills, demonstrate the ability to multi-task and have excellent time management, then this could be the opportunity for you.
