Sales Administrator Job in Dartford DA2 7SY, Southern UK
Helvar is an international lighting technologies company specialising in energy efficient components and solutions for lighting applications and lighting control systems. Our UK offices are based in Dartford, Kent.
Main Purpose of Position
To support the sales Key Account Management teams within the UK market. This will include call handling/E-mails/Order processing and entry. You will also be able deputise for other regions as required. Direct communication with customers, communicating prices/stock availability/deliveries etc.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide key administration and customer service support
- UK administration responsibility
- Support with incoming enquiries - customer service function/filtering of calls to relevant section.
- Component sales desk cover by phone/e-mail
- Administration and acknowledgement of incoming orders from designated sales territory.
- Stock availability enquiries using SAP
- SAP experience an advantage
- Management of price lists/quotations for designated sales territory
- Ability to quote prices for designated sales territory
- Price queries on invoices/debits and liason with the sales team to resolve
- Pro-active telesales support - to “up sell” where possible and keep regular order dialogue.
- Provide any sales leads/enquiries to the sales team
Full training will be provided for the right applicant. Some travel to our head office in Finland will be necessary for training.
