Sales Administrator
Bohemia Interactive Simulations Inc (BISim) is looking for a Sales Administrator to help coordinate all aspects of sales of our software and professional services within the US market, including daily sales activities, processing incoming queries to appropriate channels, generating quotes, assisting internal sales processes and functioning as an integral part of a global sales team. Located in Orlando, BISim ( http://www.bisimulations.com ) is a market leader in the provision of game-based educational simulations and serves both Government and Industry customers worldwide. Job Function
• Professionally communicate with colleagues locally and globally via Internet communication tools like Skype, email, CRM, financial and project management tools
• Build professional relationships with sales team members and other department staff members
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered by both BISim and competitors
• Responsible for maintaining sales databases, processes and documentation of sales templates
• Organize and coordinate BISim expo events including reminders, tasks and deadlines
• Identify, gather detailed information and requirements for designated target accounts
• Assist in management of the sales pipeline including but not limited to: processing leads, emailing inquiries, phoning contacts, generating quotes, drafting proposals, helping with product packaging, etc.
• Providing assistance in creation, development and implementation of processes for the sales department
• Calendar Management including setting reminders, scheduling meetings and organizing of multiple calendars
• Update managers and regularly communicate sales progress of monthly, quarterly and annual reports
Key Skills and Experience Required
• Inside Sales and Support
• Ability to continuously multi-task and prioritize various projects
• Excellent English language skills (both written and verbal)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Basic IT skills including the ability to function within various CRM, communication and project management tools
Key Skills and Experience Sought
• Knowledge of or experience at sales and pipeline management
• Experience in coordinating event, expo and conference participation
• Knowledge of or experience at marketing techniques is desirable
• Bilingual in English Spanish
• Experience with military organizations
• Experience with managing online sales of computer software
• Experience with using and managing operational customer relationship management (CRM) software
The successful applicant will be required to live and work in Orlando, Florida. The position may require travel, participation at conferences and conducting of business development.
