We are seeking a customer focused administrator with excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise a busy workload to meet deadlines. The job involves dealing directly with customers based in more than 100 countries throughout the world, so the candidate must be personable and communicative. A proven administrative background within a customer-focused environment is essential.
Job Specification:Sales order processing, Creating quotations and pro-forma invoices, Dealing with customer queries over the telephone and in writing, Pro-active customer contact, Liaising with internal departments to solve customer queries.
Computer literate (training will be given on bespoke mail order system, but knowledge of MS Word and email essential), Excellent telephone manner with a calm and friendly approach to customers, Accurate with a keen eye for detail, Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team, Ability to compose letters/emails with good standard of English language/grammar/spelling, Ability to deal with customer queries and follow through to a satisfactory end result, Organised and methodical, Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
