Job Description – Sales Administrator to National Sales Manager

 

Summary

Seeking an individual who possesses the ability to stay focused, think ahead and work in a dynamic, sales force environment. Confident in both oral and written communication, detail oriented, exceptional organizational and telephone skills, resourceful and efficient and managing NSM's calendar as well as three outside Sales Representatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Support National Sales Manager (NSM)

·         Check NSM’s voice mail daily

·         Complete business expense reports

·         Coordinate with customer service as applicable

·         Update sales force on new policies and directions

 

Support outside sales team

·         Complete monthly car stock requests

·         Keep sales materials updated, as received from marketing

·         Provide sales representative mailings on updated sales tools

 

Promotions and Key Account Updates

·         Coordinate with Sales Analyst as necessary

·         Update internal database with key account promotions

             

Liaison between Marketing and Operations

·         Coordinate when new sales materials is available

·         Monthly promotions

·         Media hits

 

Support Demonstrators

·         Oversees the Demo Program

·         Process Demo Reports for payments on a weekly basis

 

Experience

 

Previous work experience supporting inside/outside sales team or within a sales organization requested. Solid computer skills with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Outlook and Word.
