Position: Sales Administrator
Job Overview
The Sales Administrator is a new position at Eos Systems. Our sales are expanding, and the selected candidate will take on a key role helping to implement and execute sales processes that will enhance our global reach. This position is accountable for producing the following results:
- Coordinate with the sales director to help maximize our ongoing stream of new business and sales opportunities from both incoming inquiries and proactive campaigns.
- Participate in a diverse set of communications-based tasks that help keep our small, but dynamic operation moving forward from day to day.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Evaluate inbound sales inquiries to determine appropriate routing within Eos and its global reseller network, connecting customers and prospects with the resources and information they require.
- Provide key facts about the company and products in response to initial inquiries.
- Mine Eos’ extensive database of historical customers and prospects to form the basis for new sales campaigns.
- Capture information into our database and generate reports for key metrics related to inbound inquiries, and completed sales.
- Research potential markets and organizations to find sales opportunities.
- Work together with Eos’ webmaster to add new content to the PhotoModeler web site and keep all other information current and relevant.
- Participate alongside other staff in fielding incoming phone calls and misc. emails.
- Assist with compiling critical information from customers needed for processing product orders.
Skills and Experience Required
In order to perform the tasks required to meet the objectives of the position, the sales administrator candidate must have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Computer knowledge - ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong interest in technology - such as interest in one more of computers, software, computer graphics, animation, digital photography and/or 3D gaming
- Experience with, or ability to learn, DreamWeaver and QuickBooks
- Excellent attention to detail enjoy analysis, critical thinking
- Desire to learn
- Reliable
